Wonderful stay in Cádiz

Great stay in the heart of the old town !

Very nice apartment with great views. Central location but still very quiet. Everything in walking distance. Customer service was also excellent. Little bit bigger bed :).

Great terrace overlooking an excellent location.

Terrace and location was great. All facilities worked well. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Shower worked well. Shower tray drain flow needs improving.

Great Location; solarium and terrace not very usable in summer

Great location right on the main square. It is easy to walk everywhere in Cadiz from the apartment. We were there 9 nights in July. Main drawback is that in the summer the Terrace is unusable except late at night because there is no shelter from the sun. Also the solarium can get extremely hot. The AC does not extend there. We asked for two fans. The owner provided one; and we had to buy one. We also had to buy an umbrella to use horizontally to reduce the amount of sun in the solarium. All that took time to organise but it was necessary. Without the use of the solarium and terrace, the living area of the apartment is very small. This may not be a problem outside summer months.

Hello Annie, Thank you for your trust. We are glad to know that you liked any aspect of the apartment. The terrace has a porch as a shelter from the sun. Obviously, the porch is open-wide so AC does not extend there nor the terrace but, if you close the living's window, AC extends properly. We respect that you wanted to get wind even on the terrace, that's why we accept to buy a fan only for you. Honestly, I think you should take into account our collaboration. The solarium has a sunny part (it's a solarium) and a shady part (porch). You wanted to have a longer shady part, that's the only reason why you had to buy an umbrella. Taking into account the regular requiremente based on the ad, it's not necessary to buy any additional item. Regards, Laura.
