Our fully equipped kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need for full family meals or a quick snack after a day at the beach. There is also a new oven, a new, very quiet dishwasher, microwave, toaster, an ice maker in the full-size refrigerator, a new 12 cup coffee maker with a thermos pot, and storage space for groceries. The dining table comfortably seats six adults.

You can also leave your beach chairs and umbrella at home because we provide them, along with a beach wagon, and sand toys.

Our place is constantly being refreshed in order to make your stay as perfect as possible. Need to stay connected or stream Internet content? Our villa has its own dedicated Internet service (not shared) featuring 200 mps download and 20 mps upload speeds.

Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2021 and feature a luxurious walk-in shower in the master bath, and a stylish wraparound tiled tub in the guest bath. One guest even noted that her family of five could take back-to-back showers without running out of hot water!

There are televisions in both bedrooms, multiple surge-protected outlets, and each is nicely decorated in a relaxing seaside motif you’ll be sure to appreciate after a long fun-filled day!

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club features the island’s biggest pool, and a second, smaller pool. It also has a beach bar, a full-menu restaurant, a pizzeria and an ice cream stand! Feeling athletic? Then be sure to check out the competition quality tennis courts and the six new pickle ball courts (paddles available in condo), a fitness room and the on-site bike rentals. At low tide you can ride for miles on the beach or use the extensive island bike paths for longer adventures.

A short walk through the resort to the beautiful white sandy beaches provides an opportunity for early risers to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, while providing the later risers opportunities to watch dolphins frolic throughout the day.
