We were excited to stay here based on the listing photos, but the apartment was quite different from what was advertised. The kitchen chairs looked clean and new in the photos, but were scratched with torn cushions in person. The floors were shown clean and light, but were actually dark and very dirty.More seriously, the AC was weak and noisy, and one unit leaked water onto the floor — and a pot had to be placed underneath to catch it the water which we had to empty out every few hours. The bathroom fans were loud but didn't actually ventilate. A bedroom table was so unstable it couldn't hold any weight without falling apart.We raised the AC and furniture issues with the host during our stay, but nothing changed. Given the number of problems, we checked out a night early and booked elsewhere for our last night. When we asked for a partial refund, the host was dismissive and disputed clear facts about what happened.We understand some wear is normal, but the gap between the listing photos and the real condition of this apartment was significant and affected our stay. We'd recommend future guests have realistic expectations, and encourage the host to update the photos to reflect the property's actual state.

Awesome location

Awesome location for access to heart of Bologna. (Highly recommend Bologna, it is beautiful and fun area with university. Great location for day trips to Florence, Verona, etc...on high speed trains from huge modern train station) Was a beautiful clean, apartment with three nice big bathrooms which was a huge plus for our family of 5. Would stay here again or recommend it to any friends headed to Bologna. For how beautiful and nice the apartment is, the only thing that was sub-par was the sheets! The quality of the linens don't match the quaility of the apartment. Other than that, perfecto.

Fantastic apartment located near the Due Torri and smack in the university zone. Clean and comfortable, this apartment was a great home base for our trip to Bologna. Communication before and during the trip was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!
