In all respects we were super-happy with our stay here. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and the apartment was light and spacious and comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed the lovely terrace. One of my reasons for choosing this apartment was the ability to do laundry,, as we had been traveling for over a week. There is a very nice washer and dryer, but we were also able to hang most things outside on the clothesline and clothes rack to dry. The AC - when needed - works well. The kitchen is very well appointed.The location is only about a seven minute walk away from the main piazza, and therefore from most of the things we wanted to do. We didn't hear any street noise from inside the apartment. Our hostess made us dinner reservations a couple of nights and also lined up our taxi to the train station. We loved Bologna and we loved this apartment -- very highly recommend.

Great location and perfect for my husband and two adult children. host was very helpful in getting us a private boat ride from airport and check in was super easy. There is a great restaurant right outside the place and the location is great. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem and the hosts are incredible! The apartment is perfectly located to explore Bologna. When you aren’t exploring, the apartment is set up with everything you would need, including a fabulous terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Marco and Giuseppina are so helpful with recommendations and even helped us get a reservation and birthday cake surprise. If you are thinking about staying here, book it now! You won’t be disappointed! We really can’t wait to go back to Bologna and will definitely stay here!

And the home was conveniently located centrally in the city of Bologna. A very safe part of town with really cool coffee, shops and great local restaurants can’t beat this one. I highly advise renting this place.

We had a lovely stay at the Jasmine Terrace Retreat. We enjoyed the location, the terrace and the space. The hosts were great and made restaurant recommendations and helped us book transportation to the airport for a very early morning flight.

Our favorite stay in our 3 week tour of Italy. Giuseppina put the other hosts to shame. She is truly a rarity in this day and age of kindness and hospitality. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location to explore Bologna. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay with no issues and it was very appreciated. This was the nicest place we stayed while on our two week trip in Italy. Modern furnishings, comfortable beds, great central location, very helpful and lovely host. Would stay again if ever in Bologna and definitely recommend to friends.
