The apartment benefits from being just 500m from East Wittering beach. The popular West Wittering beach is just a short walk away.

No 9 Sandlands is a brand new penthouse in a modern development right in the centre of East Wittering village which benefits from having the shops and restaurants of East Wittering on your doorstep. There is a Co-Op and Tesco in the high street along with a number of independent food outlets.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with beautiful furnishings throughout. Bigger than an average house makes it a perfect place if you are sharing with friends or family.

Bed 1 – King Size bed with ensuite shower room, underfloor heating & heated towel rail. This bedroom also benefits from having a balcony. Flat screen TV.

Entry phone system & allocated parking for 2 cars, parking behind each other.

Beds will be made up on arrival, bed linen and bath towels are included in the cost of your stay. Please bring your own beach towels. We welcome infants and the balcony is safe for those of all ages, but please note there is no special equipment such as high chair, changer or cot, so you may not consider the apartment suitable for very young children.
