Lovely stay great location

A fantastic apartment in a great location with a huge terrace and two large balconies. Very modern and lovely. Kitchen was perfect too. As the apartment can up to 6 people we felt two good sun beds weren’t acceptable. Two were added and but one was not useable, we asked if we could use one of the many others by the pool and when we did we were told off! Where to put the bins and what to put in which one we found confusing!

Perfect stay !

Margarita was lovely, so helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to know and more. Apartment was clean and large and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Location was amazing, view of the lake, short walk to town and easy for ferries. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Only to improve actually getting to and into property. As on main road and busy traffic we found hard to locate and missed the property and entrance so had to turn around and attempt again by which time I messaged Margarita and she was standing outside. Perhaps a large green or a coloured symbol ( circle, square etc ) placed/ stuck on the wall just prior to guests arrival which would instantly show which property and something to look for.

Such a great place to stay

The apartment is amazing really spacious rooms and communal areas. We had a toddler with us and he was able to run around and really enjoy the space. There were 2 huge private balconies attached to the double rooms, and a massive communal balcony where we hung out a lot. The kitchen was brilliant and fully stocked. Joao was our contact throughout- he was brilliant so helpful and friendly. He really looked after us and we were able to reach out to him if we needed anything. The swimming pool was closed until mid May (something that wasn't advertised on the website). We got in and used it one day as we didn't realise and the residential neighbours were not happy with us. Just something to understand if you're booking before the summer months.

Die Wohnung ist groß, modern aber an einer Straße mit sehr viel Verkehr

Die Lage der Wohnung, die Sicht zum See . Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, immer erreichbar und hat uns 2 tolle Restaurants empfohlen. Vielleicht einfach fragen wann die Besucher gehen und eventuell das Parkplatz anbieten für den Rest vom Tag wenn niemand anders die Wohnung gebucht hat.

Great place!

We enjoyed the stay at this property. Very comfortable, great amenities, impeccable service. The property is located in a central location very close to everything. Since there is no cleaning service for the stay, it would be great to have a change of sheet available in the closet if the renter needs to change sheet, as well as dish detergent and cleaning supplies. While this might not be necessary, it would be a plus. Also, being used to American system, while there is a washer, a drier would be a wonderful addition to this beautiful apartment :)

- 2 Parkplätze - abschließbare Garage für Fahrräder - 2 Bäder - schöne große Balkone - eine 2. Dusche, anstatt Badewanne - mehr Gläser in der Küche - bessere Polster auf dem Lounge-Sofa (Balkon)

Our stay

Great location, big apartment, clean and all seems well-maintained, close to thw lake and city center, private parking. Very nice and communicative staff There werent any blankets There wasn't enough keys to lock rooms and bathrooms doors Alot of insects and mosquitoes coming in

Rundherum zufrieden!

Zentrale Lage. Perfekt für zwei Familien mit einem und zwei Kindern. Zu beachten: Keine Unterkunft für lebhafte Menschen. Rentner im Gebäude Kleine Schönheitsreparaturen wären gut. z.B Fugen in den Duschen erneuern, solange es noch geht und keine größeren Schäden entstanden sind.
