This condo sits right outside the heart of St. George, Utah. On-site, the property offers a family-friendly swimming pool, hot tub, and pickleball and basketball courts. This condo sits on the third floor, offering great views from the private balcony. This also has a full-size kitchen so you can cook up anything you want and a washer and dryer to clean any clothes you get dirty during your adventures! There won't be any fighting over the bathroom either, as this condo has three of them!

There won't be any fighting over the bathroom either as this condo has three of them! Rooms include a king size bed, queen, twin, and a twin bunk bed and sleeps 7.

The unique qualities to this place would have to be having a private balcony. You can have a BBQ or just relax with the great view. Inside the suite its so spacious that you have enough room without feeling surrounded. The living room, and kitchen are some of the added amenities when traveling!

Getting Around:
We are located right next to Green Valley and minutes away from historic downtown St. George. Whether you desire great food, shopping, sightseeing, or endless outdoor adventures, St. George has it all. Visit Anasazi Steakhouse for a unique setting and excellent food cooked on volcanic hot rocks. Go rock climbing at the nearby Green Valley Gap Climbing Area. Or take the family for a bike ride down the famous Bearclaw Poppy trail literally across the street.

Other Things to Note:
In case your type of getaway isn't a getaway without golf, then you're in luck! There are 11 golf courses within 10 miles of the resort. Just up the road you can enjoy a round or two at Sunbrook Golf Club. Or test your game at Sand Hollow Golf Resort, rated Utah's #1 golf course by Golf Week.

The property overall was excellent and the location was spectacular. The only downside was there is not a lot of lighting on the main floor so it can be dark indoors at night and there are no curtains for the main window so the sun is blinding in the afternoon.

Family getaway

We loved every part of this place. We were only there a couple nights for our son’s rugby tournament. The place had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub and basketball court were awesome and so fun!! Definitely would stay again.

This place was the perfect location for our Bryce and Zion adventures. Pool was clean and pleasantly cool to relax in at the end of the day. The unit was clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as I will look into stay when I return. Thanks for the hospitality!

Weekend Triathlon

The accommodations were great! Plenty of space, right near the pool and spa. Only complaint was the covered parking was really tight. I never quite figured out how to get the truck in a spot with out blocking a door. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the place!

Very clean and great for families

We had a great weekend getaway. The location was great and the pool amenities are also awesome. The condo was super clean and there was plenty of space. The only recommendation would be to add pool towels and more toiletries (shampoo and conditioner). Otherwise, it was a great weekend getaway.

Property was clean, easy check in, great views of the pool and mountains, lots of space! My family enjoyed there room and the bunk bed was a hit. Spent lots of time at the pool, perfect location, place had everything you could think of. My children enjoyed the board games. I would stay here again. Great location!

This unit was fabulous - it was well stocked and was in a great location. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Needs more pool towels - there were only three! Only complaint is the accuracy of the listing - the listing says it sleeps 12, in another description it says 9, and another place 7. Based on the group size going I messaged the host to get a more accurate bed count. Their response was 12 - however upon arrival we found that would mean having three people sleep on the two king beds.

The host was very welcoming and maintained the right amount of contact to make sure that if we had any problems we would know who to contact. However we had no problems. This is a very beautiful villa with everything you would need. We stayed here a week and they didn't really supply shampoo or shower soap. They supplied enough for one day which I never understand. Why one day? Are overnight stays treated better than those that stay a week? We all pay the same. But we brought out own so we were fine. This complex surrounds a pool area in the middle which was very noisy always. Which is ok if you are the one making the noise. I shouldn't say always because everyone was nice and obeyed the quiet hours. I loved the location of this villa and I would book it again if I couldn't find another place away from pools. The parking was covered but that was part of the problem. Once parked you couldn't get out of the back door because of a steel pole.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved the property, the views, the relaxed vibe. Kids couldnt stay out of the pool. Such a great getaway and central location for exploring and hiking the red rocks. Door code didnt work upon arrival but was able to communicate immediately with property management and they had someone there to help us within 5 minutes. Very responsive. Stunning area.
