The villa is a recently built modern-style property. It is located in the town of Monsummano Terme (PT), just about 1 km from the main amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, café, tobacco shop, etc.). It’s perfect for a peaceful holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside, but also for those who want to visit art cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, and Vinci, or the Versilia coast and towns such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio...
consists of a total of 5 rooms: 3 triple rooms and 1 double room on the ground floor, and 1 double room on the ground floor accessible to people with disabilities, each with a private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning; the property can accommodate up to 13 people (in addition to any children’s cots that can be added to the rooms).
On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen, a living area with tables and chairs, a sofa, and armchairs, a bar area with a refrigerator and ice maker, and satellite TV. From here, you can access a paved outdoor area used as a living/dining space, covered by a wooden pergola with a canopy, where there is also a barbecue.
In the spa area, we have a heated indoor hot tub (dimensions: 3.80 m x 2.5 m x 1 m high) with a panoramic view of the outdoors, a sauna (4 m²), a Turkish bath (4 m²), 2 heated relaxation loungers, 2 changing rooms with bathrooms and showers, plus 1 bathroom with wheelchair access.
From here, an lift provides access to the upper floor, where there is a fitness area/gym with satellite TV.
The villa features independent heating and air conditioning, adjustable in every room, as well as a ventilation system.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property (both indoors and outdoors).
Outside, there is an L-shaped infinity pool measuring 7 m x 11 m + 4 m x 5.30 m, equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a garden seating area covered by a wooden pergola with a canopy.
The villa is surrounded on all four sides by a private garden, entirely enclosed by a hedge.
The paved areas outside the building and around the pool are entirely made of travertine marble.
There is a separate entrance and ample parking (approximately 10 parking spaces).
