In a lovely setting. Accommodation was comfortable with great views.

We would certainly stay here again. It was all that we wanted with friendly, informative hosts.

We loved staying at the Attic, it was very comfortable and we really liked sitting on the Juliet balcony and looking out over the fields. Our only criticism would be that it would have been better if we had drawers in the bedrooms and also a mirror in each but that is a minor criticism.

The property was very clean and kitchen well equipped. However, there are no mirrors in the bathroom or bedrooms, this has been raised by previous guests but sadly not acted upon. There were no drawers either so you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor which is not great. Having no bathroom mirror proved very difficult for my son to shave, this needs to be addressed even if its a freestanding mirror on top of the basin area, not an expensive fix but will make a big difference to your guests comfort. The beds were not very comfortable so we left a night earlier than booked. I'm not sure what happened but I sent several messages to the Host and never got a response but on the day of check in managed to get the key safe number. The area is very quiet but not close to any local shops etc so stock up before you go. Only a small freezer box in top of fridge. The balcony was a nice addition but they need stairgates if children visiting or it could be dangerous. We met the owner briefly on our first day and she was very friendly, they live next to the property so I'm sure would help out if you had any issues.
