Pueblo Evita is a lovely gated holiday complex built in typical Andalusian style and is located next to Selwo Marina, Paloma Park and a short walk from the beach.

The resort is very popular for many reasons. It is perfect for a family holiday with its heated indoor pool, Club House restaurant, 2 large family pools and an on-site supermarket specializing in English produce.

This charming apartment is located on the second floor, it consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it has just been renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen. Bathroom, sofa bed and furniture. Located in the sought-after community of Pueblo Evita, this is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your vacation.

Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities that offers jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as restaurant/bars, kids club and nightly entertainment.

The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village-like style and the apartment offers an exceptionally large south-west facing dining terrace with sun until the afternoon.

Additionally, you benefit from a variety of restaurants/shops, tennis club and the best beach (Santa Maria) just a 15 minute walk away.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the town center of Arroyo de la Miel, also a short drive away. Those who holiday in Benalmádena each year are likely to repeat bookings at this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting given that there is no lift in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the town . mountain and sea.

Great little apartment

We have stayed at Pueblo Evita a few times but this is the best place we have stayed in. It is small and accessed up stairs but that is how it is at this complex, you are best to avoid Pueblo Evita if stairs are a problem or hills. Anna was great at checking us in and the apartment had been renovated recently so it had very nice fittings and furniture. A superb little apartment perfect for the two of us, will definitely try to book again when back in Benalmadena.

Lovely, well equipped apartment.

Modern, easy to use appliances, extensive food storage boxes, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers together with a very comfortable bed. Nice location with private balcony in full afternoon sun. Only negative was lack of U.K. tv channels, but it was possible to change language on some EU channels!
