The Villa is located directly on Lake Bracciano and a kilometer from the medieval village of Bracciano dominated by the Odescalchi Castle. The position is of great tranquility and relaxation without sacrificing the convenience and proximity of the town center and a convenient railway line that connects the center of Bracciano to the center of Rome with a cadence of about half an hour.

It should be noted that in addition to using the private beach, customers have access to a pedal boat, canoe, boat and surfboard.

Pure Relax

This year’s vacation didn’t start in the best way, the first 2 days were terrible until I reach out to Pierpaolo and Patrizia! I had booked this house for my second week of vacation with my kids. I was not only able to check-in almost 1 weeks earlier, I was also welcomed like I would be a family member you meet once a year. It was amazing. The host is extremely kind and available to any question and we’re always able to help and make sure our vacation is not impacted by any stress. You will find a clean and suggestive house. The place is ideal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). If you are looking for a place where to relax with your family, near to Rome and to the great north Lazio Region this is a great solution. We really enjoyed our vacation! Thank you Pierpaolo and Patrizia! Ciao!

Erg mooie locatie met directe toegang tot het strand. Grote en goed onderhouden tuin. Onze hond heeft het heel goed naar zijn zin gehad, net als ons.Het huisje zelf is erg basis, maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zitje achter het huis is ook ideaal omdat deze de hele dag in de schaduw ligt. De tuin is helemaal omheind waardoor onze hond lekker rond heeft kunnen rennen zonder dat wij ons zorgen hoefden te maken.Wel waren er een paar kleine dingen. Het bed is echt in slechte conditie. En ook de fotos van het strand zoals die hier op VRBO staan kloppen totaal niet. Er staan geen bomen voor schaduw en er liggen alleen grote stenen en niet een fijn grind strand zoals op de fotos. Deze zijn heel misleidend.Ook is de waterfiets kapot, de 2 hele vriendelijke mensen die ons wegwijs maakten zeiden dat we deze helaas niet konden gebruiken. Ook de surfplank is kapot met scheuren aan de bovenkant en de kano is lek. We hebben dit allemaal niet kunnen gebruiken.
Het strand zoals het echt is.

La casa è bellissima, attrezzata e fresca. Il giardino è molto grande e curato e affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia. La zona è molto tranquilla e a 5min di macchina dal lungo lago pieno di ristoranti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'ideale per una vacanza rilassante, con bambini o animali domestici. Ci torneremo!

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub in direkter Seelage! Das Wasser war glasklar und ideal zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln und natürlich zum Angeln – ein echtes Paradies für Wasserratten und Naturfreunde.Mit unseren drei Kindern wurde es nie langweilig: Ob Kanu- oder Bootfahren, Badminton auf dem großen Grundstück, in der Hängematte lesen oder einfach nur entspannen – es gab immer etwas zu tun. Besonders angenehm war die schattige Laube, die an heißen Tagen für eine willkommene Abkühlung sorgte.Eine rundum gelungene Auszeit – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Unsere Familie zwei Erwachsene, zwei Jugendliche, zwei Hunde verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus am See. Sehr herzlich wurden wir empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes bestens versorgt. Das Haus bot alles, was man braucht. Die großzügige Terrasse spendete Schatten, der weitläufige Garten bot den Hunden viel Spielwiese und ruhige Plätze um im Liegestuhl oder der Hängmatte zu lesen oder einfach nur zu ruhen. Durch den direkten Seezugang konnten wir mit Schwimmen, Stand-up-paddeln oder unterwegs mit dem hauseigenen Tretboot See, Panorama und Natur genießen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber. Grazie mille🤗

Vacanza

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura nel periodo estivo (ad Agosto) con mia moglie. La casa è sita in un contesto tranquillo direttamente in faccia al lago con ingresso autonomo. Presenta un ampio giardino dove il nostro cagnolino ha potuto correre in maniera serena. Nella casa infatti era possibile portare con sé il proprio animale domestico senza alcun tipo di problema. La spiaggia era ben tenuta e sono state messe a nostra disposizione diversi tipi di imbarcazione che potevamo usare liberamente. Abbiamo usufruito dunque di un pattino, una barca a remi ed una canoa. La struttura mette a disposizione anche un orticello che è stato utilizzato per i nostri pasti: pomodori davvero ottimi. La casa è molto accogliente e presenta 2 camere da letto, un bagno ed un salone con angolo cottura. È presente inoltre la connessione ad internet e 3 televisori. Il prezzo è adeguato per quanto ricevuto ed esprimo la piena soddisfazione al riguardo.

Einfach mal abschalten

Das Ferienhaus am See ist ideal gelegen für Wassersportler, Angler und Naturliebhaber. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu besuchen. Mit dem Zug ist man in einer Stunde dort. Zum Baden sind Badeschuhe zu empfehle. In den Morgen und Abendstunden kann man in aller Ruhe die Tierwelt beobachten. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen.

Viel Natur und Ruhe werden uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben.

Die Ferien im Strandhaus am See von Bracciano haben uns sehr gut gefallen: Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus, die sehr grosse, vollständig eingezäunte Grünfläche, der direkte Seeanstoss, die weite Sicht über den See, Amseln, Nebelkrähen, Enten, Schwäne, viel Natur und Ruhe werden uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Wir und unsere Hunde haben sich wohl gefühlt. Für den Hundespaziergang sind wir stets in den Eichenwald (800 ha) nach Manziana (7 km) gefahren, wo auch viele Pilze wachsen. Das Einvernehmen mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Leitungswasser, das nach alten Vulkanen riecht, aber für die Körperpflege kein Nachteil ist. Idealer Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und Startpunkt für schöne Ausflüge

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) waren im August 2017 in diesem Haus am See. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Ruhe am See war traumhaft. Der Garten ist groß mit direktem Zugang zum See. Diverse Wassersportgeräte (Tretboot, Kanu, Boot, Surfbrett) und ein Grill sind vorhanden und dürfen benutzt werden. Sonnenliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Um die Zufahrt zum Haus zu finden benötigten wir die Vermieter. Diese waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Schotterstraße, die von der Hauptstraße zum Haus führt ist jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es sind einige Löcher und größere Steine am Weg. Das Haus hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Ein kleines Schlafsofa steht im Wohn-Ess-Bereich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wir durften auch die Tomaten aus dem Gemüsegarten ernten. Eventuell würde ich Handtücher mitnehmen. Alles in allem war es jedoch ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub mit sehr schönen Ausflugszielen in der näheren Umgebung. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Patrizia und Pierpaolo für die Gastfreundschaft.
