3 generation holidays

Super cozy place with nice artistic details in authentic Italian village. We enjoyed the spot with our 3 generation family of 5 people and had everything we needed. The hosts as well as the neighbors were very kind and friendly.

Sejour d'une semaine

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre avec une jolie vue. Il manque que la clim. Barbara nous a très bien accueilli, et nous a donné tte les infos importantes touristiques pour notre séjour.

Très agréable location

Une location au top dans un joli village. Barbara la propriétaire et son mari très gentils et à l'écoute.. Logement très bien équipé, très jolie vue du balcon, tout était parfait !!!

Ein großartiger Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung mit einem großartigen Ausblick bei durchgängig bestem Wetter, und das in einer wundervollen Gegend Italiens. Die Gastgeberin Barbara war sehr sympathisch, aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Die Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Urlaub verlief prompt und reibungslos. Sie, ihr Mann und der im Haus lebende Schwiegervater sind offene, herzliche und liebenswerte Menschen, die dem Urlaub das I-Tüpfelchen gegeben haben. Danke für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Sehr schöne FeWo in guter Umgebung

Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Vermieter mit vielen Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung. Barbara hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts um uns gekümmert. Großzügige, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo mit Allem, was man braucht. Herrlicher Blick vom Balkon auf die Küste und das Meer. Fußläufig bekommt man alles für die FeWo, bis auf ein Restaurant. Es gibt keinen FeWo-eigenen Parkplatz, sondern man parkt an der Straße. Busverbindung nach La Spezia ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser empfehlenswerten FeWo.

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben: liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr herzlich und super hilfreich bei allen Informationen rund um die Cinque Terre! Emplacement parfait

Ce logement est bien situé dans un village charmant. Le balcon nous offre de très belles vues sur Lericci et La Spezia. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et très bien informés sur les activités de la région. Ce fut un excellent séjour.

Perfekt!

Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen. Barbara und ihr Man haben uns anschließend die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung gezeigt. Anschließend nahmen die Beiden sich noch Zeit, uns viele Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen, die wir während des Aufenthalts machen könnten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, aber das ein oder andere ältere Schmuckstück ist dazu gekommen. Es gibt eine moderne Küche, an der es an nichts fehlt, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll arangiert. Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen Balkon, wo man herrlich Frühstücken kann, mit Blick auf den Hafen von La Spezia, oder rüber nach Lerici. Es gibt einen kleinen Hof vor der Tür, der durch ein Tor erreicht werden kann. Die Tür ist verschlossen, also können Unbefugte nicht hinein. Wir haben uns bei Barbara sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Super schönes Appartement mit traumhaften Ausblick

Barbara ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Sie hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Pitelli ist ein kleines süßes Dorf - für uns typisch italienisch und absolut nicht touristisch. Die Strände sind in der Nähe, super schön und sauber. Fazit: super erster Familienurlaub, absolute Empfehlung!
