About this property

Monterosso al mare: Convenient and comfortable apartment in the historic center

Comfortable and cozy apartment of about 50 square meters located along the main road in the historic center 5 minutes walk from the first beach and 10 minutes from the railway station and therefore very close to the main services such as: pharmacy, supermarket, bank and post office, public garage in payment) .It consists of a private entrance, a beautiful living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchenette including fridge, washing machine, oven and further microwave oven, as well as a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and finally a lovely terrace on the which can be accessed both from the living room and kitchen and from the bedroom. The latter overlooks the main street called via Roma. The same terrace is equipped with table and chairs and awning to enjoy some dinner in peace. In addition, the apartment is equipped with fans with remote control both in the bedroom and in the living room and of course flat LCD TV.
Free wifi, 'topographic' map and train and boat timetables are available to customers.
Update: From 1 March in Monterosso the 'city tourist tax' has entered into force, amounting to 1 euro per person for the first 3 days maximum.

This was a great place to stay in Monterosso. Location was very close to everything you needed. Clean, comfortable, with wifi and best part a balcony that was great to enjoy a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This apartment was our favorite one we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Italy. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the location and the balcony overlooking the street. It wasn't noisy but I did enjoy hearing the Italian language spoken by people on the street below (even though I did not understand most of it). We washed clothes and hung them to dry on the clothesline off the balcony the same as the neighbors did. Our stay here came the closest to feeling like we were living the Italian life.

This was such an excellent and very comfortable stay in Monterosso. Loved this unit! Very spacious, including the bedroom. I really enjoyed sitting in the open area near the kitchen, but especially the patio and the fact I could hang clothes out there to dry quickly on the clothesline. Really this was a fantastic stay in an excellent location and I highly recommend it. Responsive communication throughout the process as well.

I spent three nights at this apartment and found it quite satisfactory. No surprises, other than that it was slightly larger than the photos might lead you to believe. One reason I chose this place was that, despite being a 10 minute walk from the station, there were zero steps to navigate with my luggage until I reached the apartment, and, this being a modern building, the stairs were easy to manage with luggage. The location at the upper end of the principal street in the old town was convenient, but also quiet. I would happily stay here again.

Great value and location

Property was very clean and walkable to many restaurants/shops in Monterosso, while still being off the beaten path. House was quiet and the deck was lovely. Augusta was very nice.

The unit is in a fantastic location, right in old towne part of Monterosso but a bit away from the crowds / noise from stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

We stayed in Monterosso for five nights. The apartment is in a perfect location. An easy 10 min walk from the train station! The apartment is clean, quiet and has an amazing balcony to enjoy dinner and a glass of wine on it. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Augusta's apartment is in a great location on the main street of Monterosso. It is close to restaurants, beaches, and the train station. The apartment is large with a nice balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is aging but clean.

Wonderful location in quiet part of the city. Very close to everything. Only 15 min walk to anywhere. Easy access to train station. 2 min walk to parking garage. Lovely host.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location. Easy to get too. In the amenities, air conditioning was listed but there was only ceiling fans. We did okay. But it was hot during the day.
