THE RED DOOR LODGE-I the World Series of rental homes. It has a large in-ground private, heated,salt water pool (no harsh chemicals!). The adjacent pool house is equipped with all the pool towels you may need, a full kitchen, full size ping-pong table, air hockey table and corn hole. Just outside the pool house you’ll find the built-in fire pit, BBQ grill, a party BBQ grill, and a griddle – all propane is provided… ideal for the best team BBQ pool party around! Team parties are allowed here as long as you alert the “Umps” (property owners) prior to the party. Don’t forget the half-court in the backyard for basketball fans. Included is a starter set with the basics you will need when you arrive, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent , dish soap, sponge, and hand soap. For your team gathering you will be provided with a welcome pack of wood for the fire pit.

Beautiful modern kitchen with all the amenities..The large country-style dining table seats 18 + people easily. 2 large decks overlooking the breathtaking countryside. The first floor has 2 full living rooms with comfortable and plush leather sofas. Large wall-mounted flat screens will have you feeling like you are home. Every TV in this house has a separate Roku remote so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The first floor is home to two queen en-suite’s, Plenty of storage space for clothing and baseball gear. The laundry room is located on the first floor along with a full bathroom.

This home has two separate upper floors. The first one (left wing) has 4 bedrooms, all with queen-size beds, wall- mounted TVs and adequate closet space to store all your Cooperstown memorabilia. There is a 1/2 bath in the hallway, accessible to 3 of the rooms. The 4th room is a beautiful en-suite.

The second, (right wing) upstairs has an additional 4 bedrooms. 1 king en-suite. A full bathroom that is shared by the 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. With natural lighting, these large bedrooms will make you feel like you’re in a 5-star hotel!

The home has central heat and air conditioning. This home is equipped with 3 on-demand hot water heaters so hot water is not a problem! High-speed wide range WIFI allows everyone to enjoy the Internet and connect with family and friends back home.

The finished lower level or "The Dugout" as the kids call it, scores big-time! It has 2 baseball-themed queen size beds, wall mounted flat-screen TVs, and 3 futons with built in USB charging ports. The finished lower level also has a full bath and plenty of space to play games and relax.

THE RED DOOR LODGE-I is a quick drive to downtown Cooperstown, where you will find great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful Otsego Lake. It’s also only a 2.3-mile drive to the well-known Brewery Ommegang. When you check in we will provide you an in-depth list of activities, restaurants, and other area attractions.
