Our apartment is located in San Agustín, it has 1 bedroom and has capacity for 3 people.
It has been equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.
One of its greatest attractions is the terrace, which thanks to its orientation receives sun for much of the day. It is equipped with a sun lounger and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your meals outdoors whilst taking in the relaxing views and pleasant breeze.
The kitchen, American style and modern design, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery.
The accommodation has a bedroom with two single beds and views of the back patio, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment features air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, WiFi connection and all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
The location is excellent, within a small complex situated next to the seafront promenade, with direct access to San Agustín Beach. Additionally, guests will have access to a washing machine located in a communal room of the complex.

It is essential that you inform us in advance of your expected time of arrival so that we can coordinate the delivery of keys.
Arrivals after 17:00 hours may incur a cash supplement.
