Oceanfront studio ( 41 m2 ) with exquisite views in the exclusive San Agustin area,offers total peace and privacy though only a 4-minute ( 5 euros ) taxi drive away from the center of Playa del Ingles ;this is the elegantly exclusive side of Maspalomas.
Start your day with a dip in the pool or a jog on the Panoramic Promenade in front of our building, and why not tempt a morning swim in the Ocean. All of these options are open to you in this dream location.Private pool, direct access to the beach, and the very Best seafood restaurant on the island right downstairs! We highly recommend You try the Restaurant Balcon San Agustin downstairs. Not only does it serve the island´s absolute best lobster and other seafood delicacies like fish cooked under a Salt Crust, it also offers an amazing view of the Ocean. We especially recommend You go there to see the Sunset while dining on your paella.
San Agustin Shopping mall, ,Hotel Tamarindos and Thalasso Spa Gloria Palace , the island’s two most venerated hotels , are all at walking distance.
For joggers and those of you who love walking, the 7 km panoramic pedestrian boulevard runs along the beachfront from the front of our building right through Playa del Ingles and up to the Lighthouse in Meloneras, with charming cafés and restaurants and beautiful beaches all along your way.
Downhill from our building there are Padel Courts, and a 5-min walk away there is the famous Gloria Palace Thalasso and Spa.
Two-minutes´ walk away you also have the island’s oldest and best Hospital Clinica Roca.
