On the main level, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright living and dining room, elegantly furnished with luxurious pieces that set the tone for the entire property. This floor also includes a separate WC and an open kitchen fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From the main level, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
