This apartment is ideally located in Paris, right on rue de Réaumur, and close to Louvre museum and Marais district. The Space:
Important : Air conditioning only works in the 2nd bedroom and living room
You might hear some noise coming from the pipes at day and night

The apartment includes:

- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower and toilet)
- 1 Separate toilet

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (A/C)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
- Bedroom 3 with mezzanine (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room : convertible sofa into a double bed

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Guest Access:
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment, including a video on how to get inside the building and the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator or stairs.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located at walking distance from many landmarks of the city, and is particularly close to the Louvre museum and the Marais district. This area is in the very center of Paris, and is one of the most lively and enjoyable to live, with many trendy restaurants and bars. Nearby is rue Montorgueil, a Parisian’s favorite to wander, the charming Place des Victoires, and Centre Pompidou, the French National Museum of Modern Art

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am.

- Taking care of the apartment
The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition.
Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage.
After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams, and if no damage is identified, the security deposit will be released.

- Respecting the House Rules
Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises.
No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access the apartment.
No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am.
No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment, and the security deposit will be kept.

Additionally, please note that:
In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
Cleaning is carried out only before each arrival and after each departure.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior your arrival
