Delightful apartment, just as advertised. Great views of Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur. Quiet building. Be aware elevator is small, only goes up to 6th floor though apartment is on 7th, so some stairs are always required. Not a problem, just an FYI. Neighborhood is great, with plenty of cafés, boulangeries. Easy access to multiple metro stops. Would stay here again!

Very comfortable property with excellent common areas, well-equipped kitchen (but no ice cube tray), excellent showers. The beds are queen (2) 2 twins. We were 2couples 1 single, and had plenty of room and privacy. There were 3 bathrooms with showers and sink, but only 2 toilets. The smallest bathroom was an en suite without a toilet, but it actually worked out very well. The elevator is small but worked well, and was essential for getting luggage up to the top floor. There would be AC for the summer, but not needed in October. Great location, excellent restaurants, shops and metro access. On the edge of the Marais. Nice view of the Eiffel Tower and of Sacre Coeur. Great place, highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a great location! We stayed here with my two boys (10y&16y) as well as my parents who are in their late 70’s. The location is central to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, metro, etc. The property was super clean as well. Super easy check in and out process as well. There is an elevator to get to the property, however, the last floor does require stairs-just and FYI and totally doable! Wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back on future trips!

Had a problem with the air conditioning but our host fixed it immediately. Couldn’t find the World Cup on the tv was our only complaint. Great location, comfortable layout and a really good view of the Eiffel Tower.

Great location. Flat was clean, modern and stocked with towels, toilet paper, comfortable bedding and plug converters so we could easily use US phone chargers etc. Great stay, I’d come again!

Great place for the family with Eiffel Tower view in distance

Our family loved this place. Clean and just as the pics showed. A highlight for our family was watching the Eiffel Tower glow in the distance at night. The checkin process was easy and stress free! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

A meticulous job was done in modernizing this apartment. It is clean and bright and everything works well. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for waking all over the city, and metro and bus routes are handy, also.

We loved our stay in this beautiful flat! Check-in was easy and the communication was great. The flat was quiet with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower during the day and at night. The location is fantastic - right across the street from Rue Montorgueil - near lots of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. We were able to walk everywhere; however, the Eiffel Tower area is about 50 minutes away by car, so make sure you plan around that if you've booked a tour. Enjoy this wonderful place...it is very special!!
