DOMUS LLEO a lovely luxury townhouse

This historic home has been exquisitely restored, preserving century-old features and blending them with classic and modern furnishings. Located on Calvario Hill in the historic centre of Pollensa, this historic home offers magnificent views of the La Font mountains, Cala Sant Vicenc, and Pollensa Bay, with distant mountain ranges creating a completely peaceful atmosphere. The house is reached from the main square via a winding, historic street. Upon entering, you’ll find the spacious foyer with an interior stone archway leading to the living/dining room, which features stone walls and satellite TV (Wi-Fi). From there, you enter the kitchen, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, double sink, and stairs leading to the pantry. The door opens from the kitchen onto the terraces next to the pool and the outdoor hot tub—perfect for those ice-cold drinks. The terrace and pool area has two levels. On one level is the sun deck, where you can cool off in the pool; this is connected by a waterfall to a small bubbling pool, perfect for children. There’s also a barbecue. Enjoy relaxed lunches and candlelit dinners on the terrace next to the pool. From the hallway, you’ll find the main staircase leading to the bedrooms: the ground floor features two lovely bedrooms—one double bedroom and one twin bedroom—which share a full bathroom with a shower and a hot tub. The second floor features a spacious studio and a double room with two single beds, each with a full bathroom, shower, and jacuzzi. There is also a rooftop CHILL-OUT terrace with a Balinese bed, offering spectacular views and an ideal spot to relax. Relax on the comfortable terraces and enjoy the wonderful views. This house is comfortably furnished in a rustic, modern Mallorcan style with many interesting fixtures and features. We had a fantastic stay in the house. The house is just as described, super clean with the most gorgeous outdoor space. Check in was very easy and it’s ideal that they leave you with essential food and drink. The location is only a 5 minute walk into the town. We would highly recommend staying in Margaritas home.

Wonderful stay

A perfect property in a perfect location. The outside spaces were spacious and subbed for all guests. The pool is more of a plunge pool and not heated but a welcome relief from the heat of the day. Margarita was an exceptional host. Very prompt to respond to queries and attentive. We would definitely return.

Absolutely stunning house & location

From the pictures on line the house looked amazing but it surpassed our expectations in real life. Welcome hamper was the best we've ever had. The bedrooms were very spacious & all the outside areas were stunning. Margarita was very helpful & she made the whole check in process very easy. The house was very clean & tidy. Location is perfect & we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We had a wonderful stay in Domus Lleó. Margarita was a wonderful host and explained everything we need to know about her excellent property. There is on site parking but the reverse into the garage is a little tight so don’t hirer a big car! The plunge pool was big enough for us to cool down in and we didn’t miss a larger pool. The property is the best property we have stayed in in old town pollensa and we would certainly go back.

Charming Townhouse with Exceptional Hospitality - A Perfect Getaway!

Just returned from a week-long holiday in this lovely house, and we absolutely loved it! Spread over four floors, the house is spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Margarita was the perfect host—from meeting our taxi driver to guide him to the house, to providing an amazingly generous welcome hamper. I only had one question during our stay (how to put the parasol down), and she arrived almost immediately to do it for me. 😊 The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk down to the main square. While the outdoor space is a bit smaller than it appeared in photos, it was still perfect for us. We enjoyed sun on the patio from mid-morning until late afternoon. There are two pools: one deep and one very shallow, both lovely for cooling off. The only thing I’d make potential renters aware of is that since this is a townhouse spread over several floors, there are quite a few steps (six sets of stairs including the outdoor area). This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have very young children or if someone in your party has mobility concerns. Thanks again, Margarita! 😊

We had an excellent 2 week stay at Domus Lleo! The location is perfect in old town pollenca, and a short drive from many other points of interests (beaches , calas , cap de Formentor, etc). The home is beautiful and exactly as described in photos and the listing. Margarita is an excellent host who was attentive and quick to respond to questions. We brought our 4 month old baby and she went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Only tip is don’t get a large rental car as streets and parking are tight!

In your case, you broke the kitchen countertop and a bed base, yet you did not inform us.
