Located in our West wing, this two-bedroom, ground floor holiday apartment provides a comfortable place to relax. Enjoy lovely sea views from the outdoor seating area to the front. The apartment is dog friendly.
Decorated in a restful colour palette with stunning sea views, this 3 Star holiday apartment benefits from an open-plan living area and solid flooring throughout. Complete with a well-equipped fully fitted kitchen comprising an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. Comfortably furnished with sofa, armchairs, and dining set, complemented by an LCD TV with integrated Freeview and DVD player. There is a double bedroom to the front of the property furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. There is a twin bedroom situated to the rear furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinet complete with a lamp, chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower bath with a power shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror. Outside is a terrace with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views and communal gardens.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from a year-round dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.
