This two bedroom apartment is formed from the former stable block of one of Torquay's historic villas. Located just seconds away from the grassy expanse of Daddyhole Plain, the apartment enjoys a number of sea glimpses and is just minutes away from Meadfoot Bay and Meadfoot Beach.
The Lower Stable Apartment comprises a large open plan living space with a modern and well equipped kitchen. There is a dining area and a sitting area which has a three piece suite and a large flat screen TV. There is free WIFI.
There are two bedrooms. One has a king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) and the second has two single beds. All linen and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying 7 nights or more a complimentary bedding and towel change is included.
There is a bathroom which is in the form of a wetroom and gives easy access to anyone with restricted mobility.
Outside there is a parking space directly in front of the apartment which makes it much easier to load and unload for families and guests with restricted mobility. There is also a sitting area.
