The apt is located on the second floor with elevator. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time there.

The flat is located north of the old town. Walking distance from all the museums and city attractions.
The closest beach is 2.6km away, in Playa La Malagueta.

The apartment does not have parking. The public parking ¨Garage las Delicias¨ is located within 4 minutes' walking distance.

- 39 EUR from Friday to Sunday
- 20 EUR per day

The main interest places are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.

For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR
