This property was just lovely! Great location. Walkable to almost everything PS has to offer. Spacious inside and very quiet. Comfortable beds!! Our host Geno was great! The communication, easy check-in process, answering any questions we had, etc.

Very quiet location within a short walking distance to Arenas District and downtown Palm Springs! The two master suites upstairs are very spacious and comfortable. And the property offers several swimming pools and spas that were never crowded or noisy. Highly recommend!

great place in a great location

This was an ideal place for my 1-month stay in Palm Springs. Central location - walking distance to all downtown has to offer; clean, modern, spacious unit; well-stocked with all supplies you could need; easy, proactive and responsive communications with the owner; plus a nice view of the mountains...I don't think you can ask for much more!

Beautifully designed, organized, clean and short walk to city center.

We thoroughly enjoyed a condo that was designed and appointed for comfort. The 10 minute walk into city center was a dream. The last renovation surely was done by a designer.

Modern Condo With Great Walkability

This is the second time we have rented this condo because we enjoy it so much. The decor and amenities are excellent. The kitchen and floors have just been redone. We love the location because it lets us walk to everything--Palm Canyon, the casino, the Arenas District and many restaurants. We love it and will be back.

Great InTown location Close to. Everything

48@Areanas is a beautiful condo complex with modern architecture, beautiful desert landscaping and four pristine pools just steps away. We enjoyed the convenience of the covered parking two steps from the kitchen door, the cozy upstairs tv nook in the primary bedroom (perfect for watching Netflix) and the delightful, private patio with bbq grill, and interacting with owner Geno. We stayed a little over a month and the time flew by. We highly recommend this top notch property.

Pleasant & convenient

This very nicely appointed and equipped house is in a pleasant, well maintained development in an excellent location. The development has the necessary amenities/conveniences and is within walking distances of all the wonderful restaurants, bars, clubs and shops on Palm Canyon. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and is very responsive if you have questions. Highly recommended!

Could not have found a better property and location in Palm Springs. Our 4th time staying, but first time at this property. The owners were great and Property Manager (Jim) could not have been nicer. So wonderful to be so close to Palm Canyon Drive and all the fabulous restaurants, yet the condo was extremely quiet. We hope to stay again, and hopefully longer.

Perfect In Every Way

The condo is perfect. Beautifully appointed with everything you need for a perfect stay. Everything was super clean, and kitchen has everything you need. Walkable to downtown, location could not be better. The property is quiet, and Geno is a friendly and great host. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Townhouse in Central Location

We just spent a month in Geno's amazing townhouse. It is mid-century modern in an updated way, with tasteful furnishings and lots of ambience. Everything looks and feels new. The living area is open concept with current technology, including the appliances. Upstairs, the two large bedrooms are completely separated, each with a sitting area and large master bathroom with walk-in shower. The location can't be beat, less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of downtown. We have already booked our next stay!

Great Property!

This is a wonderful property. The location to downtown could not be better. It is possible to walk everywhere downtown and uptown Palm Springs. The condo complex is very nice and very quiet. The condo is well stocked and there has been great attention to detail. Response for any issues was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and plan to return next year

A fabulous place!

This is a beautiful, newly-decorated home, clean and modern, located just a few minutes walk from the center of Palm Springs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for even the most demanding cook. The two bedrooms are huge and the small back yard is a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the weather. Art lovers will be astonished by the number of fine prints and paintings in every room. In short, there was not a single thing we would have changed had we been the owners. The townhouse is located in a gated community and we met some of the neighbors who were wonderful in giving us tips about local events and even inviting us for a chat over a few glasses of wine. All in all, a great place and we are definitely planning to return.

Tres chic!

We were delighted with our stay at Geno’s property in Palm Springs. It is ideally located for shopping and dining as it is only a short walk to downtown. The condo is fully equipped for all of your needs, very comfortable, tastefully decorated throughout and has a private tranquil patio area. The complex itself is very friendly, well maintained and pleasantly landscaped in a desert style and the pool areas are ideal for relaxing.
