We've been staying here for the past four years, usually four times a year. Suzanne is excellent to work with. Her place is beautiful and is always neat, clean, and well furnished. We love the proximity to downtow Lewes and our favorite beaches in Cape Henlopen State Park.

Amazing quiet condo and location! Downtown Lewes is one block away and an osprey nest is right outside the condo entrance. Suzanne has included a lot of extra thoughtful amenities like a beach wagon, bikes, bike locks, cooking and serving kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies that you may have forgotten to pack… but no sheets or towels (except 2 hand towels). Blankets and pillows are provided :) There is even a secret “village” lobby to read in on a rainy day.

We absolutely love staying here! It's at least our 10th time, if not more. The location is close to everything in downtown Lewes and only about a five minute walk. It's beautifully furnished and extremely neat and clean. We love spending time on the outdoor patio. This is our home away from home in DE.
