Welcome to Camm's Lakeside Retreat, the perfect getaway for sharing with friends and family! Our spacious home boasts over 3100 sq ft with an open floor plan designed for entertaining. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, including one full bathroom located outside under the covered deck, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

We know you'll love this property – many of our guests return year after year, booking well in advance.

Unique Lakeside Experience: Nestled just a stone's throw from the vast shoreline, our property offers an unparalleled closeness to the water that you simply can't find anymore. Imagine sipping your morning coffee, tea, or favorite beverage under the cozy covered porch, or strolling down the pier to relax in the comfortable chairs under the gazebo, right over the water. And don't worry about a little rain – we've got you "covered"!

Stunning Views and Spacious Grounds: Our property spans over an acre, boasting an incredible 240-degree view of Lake Wylie. With approximately 300 linear feet of shoreline, you'll find a long pier with a gazebo and swim platform. The lot near the water is impressively flat, ensuring easy mobility and privacy, thanks to the wooden fence dividing neighbors on each side.

Perfect for Boating Enthusiasts: Expecting visitors by boat? Our swim platform is designed to accommodate multiple boats, and the calm waters make waiting at the dock a pleasure.

Family and Pet-Friendly: Young children and dogs will love spending their days on the private beach. For the adventure seekers, we offer kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes, perfect for paddling to the local favorite, "bird island."

Private Accommodations: The Master Bedroom Suite is a private getaway in itself, spanning approximately 900 sq feet. It features a king bed, sitting area, queen pull-out bed with a comfortable latex mattress, double vanity, double shower, and double sliding glass doors leading to a large private balcony with breathtaking views.

Comfort and Convenience: All bedrooms, except one, offer waterfront views and private en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, a fourth full bath is conveniently located outside, adjacent to the covered porch.

Sunrise and Sunset Views: Catch both the sunrise and sunset from this beautiful location, if you're lucky!

Peaceful and Friendly Community: The area is known for its peaceful, friendly, and quiet community, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Boat Rentals Available: Interested in renting a boat? We offer tritoons (seating 14) available for rent, but please reserve in advance as they are available to other vacation homes nearby on a first-come, first-serve basis. Planning to bring your own boat? Let us know!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house except storage closets and garage. Otherwise, feel free to enjoy the whole property. We usually say the shoreline goes from “fence to fence”.

We have two tritoon boats onsite that we may need to access at times. They are docked on the far left side of the property away from the house and our guests. If you see us, we’ll just give you a “wave”. If you want to come over to say “hi”, we welcome the interaction.

Early check-in requests can only be considered within two days of your scheduled arrival date, as it depends on whether we have guests checking out that same day. If guaranteed early access is important, we recommend booking the night before to ensure availability.

Other Details to Note:

🔇 Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM, as sound carries easily across the cove.
🐾 Pets Welcome – Furry friends are allowed for a small additional fee per pet.
🚭 No Smoking – This is a smoke-free home. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any indoor smoking violations.
📺 Streaming Access – While cable TV is not included, all TVs are smart-enabled. You’re welcome to log in to your favorite streaming platforms or connect your own device using our high-speed fiber internet.
☕ Coffee Makers – The kitchen is equipped with both a Keurig machine and a traditional drip coffee maker to suit your brewing preference.
🧻 Starter Supplies – We provide several rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started. Guests may need to bring additional supplies for longer stays. ☂️ Travel Insurance
Travel delays, airline cancellations, weather disruptions, or traffic issues do not qualify for refunds outside of the stated cancellation policy. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for protection.
