Excellent stay

The house and location were just right for visiting Sao Miguel. The entire island is accesable from Ribiera Grande with the bennefits of being on the ocean with a sandy beach and nice town with all amenities nearby.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche auf Sao Miguel in Ribeira Grande im Haus von David. Das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet und liegt optimal um die Insel zu erkunden. David war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Wir würden wieder kommen!

A FUIR

L'annonce est MENSONGERE : elle ne mentionnait pas que le propriétaire résidait sur place, avec ses chiens (qui venaient donc sur la terrasse privée, et laissaient des déjections), et qu'il continuait à exercer son activité de prof de surf (d'où la présence quotidienne de clients, qui prenaient leur douche dans le jardin), et le parking privatif est utilisé par lui pour stocker du matériel. De plus, le comportement du propriétaire est INACCEPTABLE : il pénétrait régulièrement dans la location à notre insu, en notre absence. Ayant constaté cela au bout de plusieurs jours, nous lui avons expliqué qu'il ne devait plus faire cela, qu'il n'avait pas le droit. Il a dit "OK, il n'y a pas de problème". Le lendemain, nous sommes rentrés plus tôt que d'ordinaire, et avons constaté qu'il était à nouveau entré dans la location car la machine à laver tournait encore, avec son linge à l'intérieur ! Nous l'avons alors menacé de déposer plainte pour violation de domicile s'il pénétrait à nouveau dans l'appartement. A partir de ce moment, il n'est plus entré dans l'appartement, mais a commencé à être très désagréable (il ne nous adressait plus la parole), et a eu un comportement ridicule (il a enlevé la grille du barbecue le rendant donc inutilisable, il a retiré les chaises longues de la terrasse...). Nous avons également constaté la disparition de l'antenne de notre véhicule de location stationné devant... En résumé, la location est A EVITER si vous voulez passer des vacances tranquilles.

Great Sao Miguel Surf Location

Perfect location to watch and be near surf with very attentive and knowledgable surf guide if needed. David was there from beginning to end with any needs or details. Quiet, all the amenities, comfort, relaxing, and walking distance from anything. Truly enjoyed our stay.
