The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with all the necessities you may have for the day to day of any family. Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Dishes/Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle and Juicer. In the pleasant living room there is a television, Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian) and wifi internet access. The living room is framed by access to a beautiful terrace with excellent views and fresh air. The apartment provides you with the textiles you need for your daily stay, so you don't have to worry about extra luggage. There is an iron, a hair dryer, among other amenities. The apartment is equipped as standard with air conditioning and heat pump heating. The area has a community pool for residents and guests of the building, which operates throughout the year. Covered parking with direct access from the building. The building is located 5 m from the sandy beach.

Tanto el apartamento como la atención de la agencia han superado la expectativas. Si vuelvo a Gandia , sin duda los volveré a elegir . La ubicación es fantástica y poder ver el amanecer en la terraza una pasada. Apartamento con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y con todo detalle .

Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence ou rien ne manquait. Tout était parfait jusqu’aux accessoires. Pour aller à la plage,Deux chaises plus le parasol. L’appartement ne manque de rien Belle, place de parking et Une terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous reviendrons !!!

Aquarium fantástico!

Me encantó la ubicación, el piso, como está decorado, lo bien que funciona el A/C, la wifi, con todo lo necesario... Y esas vistas ... Además para estar en una zona de restauración no te molestaba el ruido y las instalaciones del edificio muy bien! Una pena que la maquina del A/C no deja estar en la terraza por el calor que desprende, pero eso creo no lo podéis solucionar... Y en el anuncio indica que hay 2 sillas de playa y sombrilla... En mi caso la sombrilla (2) había y rotisimas.. habría que revisarlo a la entrada de cada huésped, yo pq lleve la mía... Sino me habría hecho tener que comprar una.
