Very peaceful and happy experience

The location of the house is excellent as it is at a good distance from its sister house on the same land so that you have the feeling of splendid isolation while it is only 5 mins in the car to the town Teulada. It's also near a lot of beaches on the south coast too, of course. I recommend the pizza and fish restaurant Fapi's just on the left as you enter the town. Reasonably priced and good quality and service. The house was in very good condition, very clean and everything working. Just the minimum furniture but there were only two of us so one sofa was fine. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook full meals and there was air conditioning in the whole house but we didn't have to use it even once as there was a good air current through the house when you opened all the windows, even though the weather was quite hot outside. The weak link in the house is the shower, which is a bit small and with not much water pressure but it always worked. There is a great shaded patio area outside the main door looking onto the spacious garden which is perfect for having meals or just reading. Some days we simply stayed in the garden on the sun beds as it was so tranquil and pleasant. Antonello, the owner, was very helpful to us as there was a problem with the wifi connection on the second day so he came the next day and fixed it so it was fine for the rest of the holiday. So, all in all, we were very happy with the place and we would recommend it to anyone.

erholsamer Urlaub

Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Die Aussendusche haben wir sehr viel genutzt und stellt einen absoluten Mehrwert da. Das Anwesen bietet alles was man braucht um sich in seinem Urlaub frei und unbeobachtet bewegen zu können. Abgerundet wird der sehr positve Eindruck durch die Vermieterin Alice. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, immer hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Danke für den tollen Urlaub

Tolles Haus und wunderbare Gastgeber!

Wir haben im House Suestellas 10 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Das Haus steht idylisch auf einem 10 ha großen Grundstück und ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen und sonstiger Natur. Es ist sehr schön, sehr gemütlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Einfach toll! Der Besitzer Antonello und seine Tochter Alice sind zwei wundervolle, sehr warmherzige Menschen, die unheimlich bemüht sind ihren Gästen einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.

Traumhafte Idylle

Gastgeber und Unterkunft haben mindestens 5 Sterne verdient! Die Lage des schönen, modernen Hauses inmitten von einer riesigen Anlage mit Olivenbäumen, bunten Blumen, Kräutern, Granatäpfelbäumen (…) ist ein Traum. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit- man könnte sich keinen besseren vorstellen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön!

Dit geriefelijke en mooie vakantiehuis in het zuiden van Sardinië is gelegen op een prachtige en zeer rustige locatie. De eigenaar zorgt ervoor dat je vakantie zo comfortabel mogelijk kan verlopen...super!

Perfect stay

We had a very nice week together with our two sons (10 and 12 years old) in the house Suestellas. The house is really beautiful, equipped with everything you need, and located in a wonderful huge property. Suestellas was a good starting point for all our activities like hiking and snorkeling in the south. And we love the wine and cheese from Santadi. Beside others thanks a lot to Antonello, the very kind and helpful host, for this hint. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again.

Ruhe und Privatsphäre

Wir waren mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter 2 Wochen im Haus Suestellas bei Antonello zu Gast. Wir waren schon mehrere Male auf Sardinien, dieser Aufenthalt war mit der Schönste. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft perfekt sauber! Es ist alles so, wie es im Inserat beschrieben ist und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist aber sehr gut isoliert so daß es uns gereicht hat, tagsüber die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer laufen zu lassen, um 23-24 Grad im Inneren zu erreichen. Und daß trotz Außentemperaturen um die 35 Grad. Gut gefallen hat uns auch daß es eine Solarstromanlage gibt und man somit wegen der Klimaanlage kein schlechtes Gewissen haben muss. Wir finden: das passt gut zu einem Haus, in dem man so naturnah wohnt. Sehr genossen haben wir die riesige Veranda, auf der wir viele Abendstunden verbracht haben. Antonello ist ein äußerst aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Man merkt daß es ihm wichtig ist, daß seine Gäste zufrieden sind und daß im Haus alles in Ordnung ist und funktioniert. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, sogar spätabends! Die Kommunikation hat trotz Sprachbarrieren auf beiden Seiten über WhatsApp gut geklappt. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen. Es ist ideal für die, denen Privatsphäre und Ruhe im Urlaub wichtig sind und die gerne in der Natur und auf dem Land sind. Für uns war es dadurch die perfekte Unterkunft. Danke Antonello für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen wieder!

Landhausydille

Wir waren eine Woche über Silvester im Haus Suestellas von Antonello. Der Kontakt mit Antonello war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, das Haus und die Einrichtung in Top-Zustand. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, eine riesige Sonnen-Terrasse (Wir hatten auch, trotz Winterzeit, jeden Tag Sonne, nur 1 x kurz Regen). Auch zu "Winterzeiten" sehr schön. Ein Landhaus-Traum. Einfach Traumhaft, so nice Holydays

Seit Jahren Jahren besuchen wir immer wieder den Süden von Sardinien. Fast alle Objekte die wir in den Vergangenheit gemietet hatten, waren nicht so wie vorher beschrieben und es war immer ein Kompromiss. Aber diesmal war alles perfekt! Das Haus war super schön und sauber. Der Vermieter Antonello, ist super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Das waren mit unter die schönsten zwei Wochen die wir auf Sardinien hatten. Auch unser Hund Lupo, hatte auf dem großen Grundstück seine Freude und er wollte gar nicht mehr zurück in die Schweiz. Wir wären auch noch viel lieber länger im Ferienhaus vom Antonello geblieben. Wir kehren im April zurück und werden zwei weitere Wochen auf dem Anwesen genießen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit Antonello und bis bald Anja, Letizia, Ilaria, und Daniele Auf Englisch: For years we have been visiting the south of Sardinia again and again. Almost all the objects we rented in the past were not as described before and it was always a compromise. But this time everything was perfect! The house was super beautiful and clean. The landlord Antonello, is super nice and very attentive. This was one of the best two weeks we had in Sardinia. Also our dog Lupo, had his joy on the big property and he didn't want to go back to Switzerland anymore. We would have preferred to stay longer in Antonello's holiday home. We return in April and will enjoy two more weeks on the property. Auf Italienisch: Per anni abbiamo visitato il sud della Sardegna ancora e ancora una volta. Quasi tutti gli oggetti che abbiamo affittato in passato non erano come descritto in precedenza ed è sempre stato un compromesso. Ma questa volta tutto era perfetto! La casa era super bella e pulita. Il padrone di casa Antonello, è super simpatico e molto attento. Questa è stata una delle due settimane migliori che abbiamo avuto in Sardegna. Anche il nostro cane Lupo, ha avuto la sua gioia sulla grande proprietà e non voleva più tornare in Svizzera. Avremmo preferito rimanere più a lungo nella casa vacanze di Antonello. Torniamo in aprile e ci godremo altre due settimane sulla proprietà.

Great stay and great value

We stayed just a couple of nights at off season and it was great , the house is well equipped and Antonello is a great host; Due to the fact that we where looking for houses in the area and had appointsments, we could stay until late afternoon for check up , since he had no guets that day; Very generous host; I highly recommend it

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Suestellas

Idyllisches Haus in den Bergen

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern im Haus Suestellas verbracht. Es war sehr schön, wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit und Nähe zur Natur sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle die es gerne naturnah und ruhig mögen!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch am Berg etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft Teulada und ist umgeben von einem großen Garten . Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Antonello ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber der jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungen Urlaub mit der Familie und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Una casa grande e curata

Ruhiges Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig erhöht in den grünen Bergen. Der beschauliche Ort Teuleda ist in 10Minuten erreichbar. Allerdings benötigt man ein Fahrzeug. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Strände der Südküste sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus suestellas wir kommen gerne wieder

A wonderful holiday

The place is peaceful and relaxing, the house has everything we needed, and Antonello is more than just nice. He was always available and very helpful, even with small inquiries. The house is also suitable for children, they had fun with all the flora and fauna around it. A great place for family holidays.

Beautiful location and very sympathetic host

We had a very pleasent stay in house Suestellas. The house is situated about 2km from Teulada, so you can enjoy nature and privacy. Yet the next supermarket is just about 10min away by car. In the kitchen was everything you could wish for, especially the mocca coffeemaker was in heavy use during our stay. The bathroom was recently beautifully renovated and if necessary every room had a separate air conditioning. If in need for anything Antonello was just a whatsapp message away. The location is great for visiting the southside of Sardegna. You should definitely rent a car and ask Antonello about beaches or hikingroutes. He will have great suggestions for you. We enjoyed every day of our time as Antonellos guests and hope to be back soon.

relaxing holiday

The Suestellas house has satisfied us extensively. We were looking for a house inside nature to relax from the accumulated stress and we found it in the Suestellas house. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our requests. We liked organic products grown within the property.

Una Casa bellissima

La casa Suestellas è molto gradevole e accogliente. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto rilassante quello che ci voleva dallo stress del lavoro. Abbiamo raccolto gli ortaggi dell'orto coltivato dal proprietario in metodo biologico.
