Great location. Comfortable and convenient to everything. Small studio flat with balcony providing amazing views of the Eiffel Tower!! Experienced internet access issues but property manager was attentive to resolving the situation. Would recommend if you want a small terrace with a view!

Waking up to the Eiffel Tower every morning was an unforgettable experience!! The AC was great and kept us cool in the summer heat. The hosts were extremely responsive and helped us out with any questions we had along the way. Just want to call out for anyone considering the property that this is only a one room studio with one sofa bed (no other actual bed) — maybe we just looked too quickly but we mistakenly thought from the photos that there was an actual bedroom and then a living room with the sofa bed but there is just the one sofa bed. But beyond that this was a lovely and memorable stay!

Exceptional views

My daughter and I go to Paris every year and this year, she really wanted to eat croissants for breakfast on a balcony, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Well a hotel room with this kind of vista was completely cost prohibitive, so I was happy to find this little gem of an apartment. Initially sceptical as it had no reviews, and nervous about paying the whole amount outside of Vrbo, I’m glad to say I went for it. We knew the apartment was going to be small, but it was absolutely fine and was very well equipped. The lift was a little terrifying but we soon got used to it! But the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The tower was even closer and the view even more uninterrupted than I expected. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment or stay again in the future
