A three-bedroom villa located on high ground in an upscale residential development near Tavira’s town centre, featuring a large communal pool and landscaped gardens. Guests may use the swimming pool facilities free of charge. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and is within walking distance of the old Roman bridge in the centre of Tavira. It’s an ideal place to stay and use as a base to explore the Algarve, its many beautiful beaches, water sports, and nearby golf courses. Benamor Golf is the nearest 18-hole golf course, located approximately 2.5 kilometres down the road. The Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima golf courses are less than a 10-minute drive away.

It’s very easy to lose track of time in Tavira, a lovely old town with a long history where time seems to stand still. You can spend hours strolling through the charming cobblestone streets lined with many restaurants, shops, bars, and outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy a refreshment in the sun. The Old Palace is nearby, and Ilha de Tavira Beach is within walking distance and features many small restaurants. This is a wonderful destination year-round. During the summer months, a ferry departs from the town centre—across from our office—to Ilha de Tavira and Quatro Águas.

The accommodation is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, with a Mediterranean ambiance. The property consists of a hallway leading to a spacious L-shaped living room with an open fireplace and dining area, as well as glass doors opening onto the garden, which features a lovely secluded seating area and lawn; a fully equipped kitchen with a granite worktop; three double bedrooms (two with twin beds); and three bathrooms. There is a large private terrace of approximately 35 m² with 4 sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, and a built-in BBQ—ideal for al fresco dining! From here, you can enjoy beautiful views. All rooms have air conditioning.
