No Pets Allowed. Enjoy the panoramic ocean views from this fabulous home on a hill. An easy walk to the beach and the trails of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Enjoy soothing sounds of the surf while soaking in the Hot Springs hot tub or dining on the main deck. This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a comfortable loft, large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with every thing you will need. One bathroom also has a jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. There is a 60” flat screen TV in the living room with Blueray and WIFI , a 47” flat screen TV in the master bedroom with Blue Ray, 3D and WIFI and a 32” TV in the loft. Free wireless internet and long distance calling.2 car garage, Jacuzzi tub in bathroom, Hot tub on deck, Charcoal BBQ Grill, 60” Flat Screen TV with Blueray and WIFI, 47” Flat Screen TV with Blueray, 3D and WIFI, I-Pod dock and a 32” TV and free long distance calling.
