The villa is run down with many issues, outdoor seating areas are stained and in need of a deep clean. Fake grass is coming away with screws exposed. The pool was very dirty and became infested with water boatman. The kitchen hood wasn’t working. The bathroom shower had to be held as hook not functioning. The loungers smelt of strong body odour. Two umbrellas both faulty. We went at a very hot time and this villa does not have aircon!!! The host did act promptly and provided 3 mobile units for the bedrooms. Also acted reasonably promptly for the pool. But we wasted valuable holiday time waiting… the host refunded c700 on our return, which was okay but they really need to give it a thorough overhaul and clean before taking any more clients. Also it isn’t very private with neighbours accessing electricity via a shared plug near the pool. Turned up a few times unannounced. The patio door doesn’t lock and the pool attendant let himself in whilst we slept to leav a note!! Terrible!

The Villa near Felanitx is clean and large, the swimming pool in good condition. For checking in and waste disposal, a car is necessary. The communication with Slow was very good. Some additional wine glasses would be great as there was only one.

Beautiful villa in the Palma country side

Nice villa located on a secluded lot in the countryside of southeastern part of the island. The villa is a bit "tired" and could use better kitchen and cooking utensils but the pool and pool deck make up for it. One thing we did not appreciate is that the cleaning crew showed up 30 minutes before our checkout time and basically kicked us out.

Dear Claudio, Than you for your message, we are happy you enjoy your stay at Son Bennasar, As indicated in the description of the villa, it is an old restored mill, so the decoration is in keeping with the style. Due to a misunderstanding, the cleaning staff arrived earlier, but after your warning call, we gave you 30 minutes more, as well as the day of your arrival, we gave you an early check in. That is why we consider that such a unique accommodation is not worth a 3 star rating. Anyway, sorry for the inconveniences, it will be a pleasure to host you again soon in one of our houses. Slow Villas Team.
