Wonderful visit

The flat has great light and it was immaculately cleaned for our arrival. The neighborhood is fun with lots of shops and restaurants.

Lovely and even better than the photos

The flat was beautiful, large and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Love the location as well!

Pre-Christmas London visit

This was an ideal place to stay as a family with our young adult children, especially with the two bathrooms. We loved the modern space and amenities, but within the village vibe of Clerkenwell. A modern kitchen and a washing machine onsite was a plus.

The check-in experience was horrible, we got stuck outside of the door for almost an hour on a cold windy day at the time supposed to be greeted by the host. No number to call and only text msg which we need to wait for response. The place is clean, a bit far from the city centre but subway train station is close by. Very quiet neighborhood, safe and friendly!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your check-in experience and that you were left waiting outside in the cold. That is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We will be reviewing this internally to ensure communication and arrival procedures are improved, particularly in situations where immediate assistance is needed. We are, however, pleased to hear that you found the property clean and enjoyed the quiet, safe neighbourhood, as well as the convenient access to the nearby station. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it is invaluable in helping us improve. We hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future. Kind regards, Veeve Guest Services Team

Nice place

The place is nice and has many amenities. There was no dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher and when I email the company, they wanted me to supply it! The other major problem was that the construction in the building and outside the apartment is very loud. This I feel should have been displayed at the top of the description since it was very disturbing and disruptive.

Charmantes Viertel

Mal davon abgesehen, dass man beim Ein und Auschecken warten musste, und nicht alles so high end sauber war, ist das ein tolles Apartment. Auf jedes Fall empfehlenswert.
