The Space:

The apartment is located on the first floor and has been designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to four guests.



The bright open-plan living area features modern furnishings, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, dining area, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the pool. The fully equipped American-style kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher.



The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a double bed. A separate family bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located off the hallway.



Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or unwind with evening drinks while overlooking the beautifully maintained communal gardens and pool area.

La Recoleta is one of the most desirable residential developments in the Punta Prima area, known for its tropical gardens, beautiful pool areas, and peaceful atmosphere.



The apartment is just 200 metres from the seafront promenade, where you can enjoy scenic coastal walks, local cafés, bars, and restaurants. Several beaches are within easy walking distance, making it ideal for guests who want to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle without needing to drive.



The nearby Punta Prima commercial area offers supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences, while the popular Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is only a short drive away. Golf courses, water sports, and family attractions can also be easily reached from the apartment, making it an excellent base for exploring the Costa Blanca.

Check-out is by 11:00am.
