Lords Seat - an apartment that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Thank you so much for this 5 star review! We love that this is the best property you have stayed at! A former 17th century coaching inn, the Swan Hotel has been converted into apartments. Lord's Seat is a wonderful three-bedroomed apartment on the first floor and offers amazing views of the surrounding fells such as Skiddaw and Barf! We hope you had a wonderful time and we hope to welcome you back when you next visit the Lake District! Best Wishes, Keswick Cottages

Hello Paula! Thank you for taking the time to review Lords Seat and for choosing to stay with us again. We're delighted to hear that you had another wonderful stay and that the apartment, views and surrounding grounds helped create such an enjoyable family holiday. It's lovely to know that you were able to make the most of the fantastic walks from the doorstep and that the gardens were such a hit with the children. We do apologise that there were only three teaspoons available during your stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have arranged for additional teaspoons to be added to the property as soon as possible. Guest feedback means a great deal to both ourselves and the property owners, and it helps us ensure the property remains as comfortable and well-equipped as possible for future guests. On your next visit, we'd highly recommend a meal at Fellpack in Keswick, a favourite with both locals and visitors, serving hearty and delicious food that's perfect after a day exploring the fells. Thank you again for your kind comments, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Lords Seat and the Lake District again soon. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

Hi there! Thank you so much for your lovely review — we’re delighted to hear you had such a wonderful stay at Lords Seat and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It’s great to know you’d definitely return. Thank you for also highlighting the issues you experienced. We’re sorry the TV could not be resolved during your stay, although we’re pleased a member of the team was able to attend promptly to assist. This is something we will continue to review. In relation to the hamper, these are supplied by a third?party company and items should of course be in perfect condition. Had this been brought to our attention at the time — particularly when our team member attended the property — we would have arranged a replacement straight away. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re pleased that overall you had an enjoyable stay. We’d be very happy to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
