This apartment, located on the top floor of the building, is cosy, modern and fully equipped to accommodate up to three adults. Situated in the vibrant area of Caniço de Baixo, where the tourist community finds the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience, the accommodation places at your doorstep a multiplicity of services, from restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies to the charming Reis Magos Beach and its seafront promenade, ideal for seaside walks.



The furnished porch offers a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean, becoming the perfect location to relax at the end of the day while enjoying the sunset. Additionally, the apartment has a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for moments of socialisation and leisure outdoors.



Inside, the living room and dining area are spacious, bright and inviting, benefiting from the natural light that enters through the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining area perfect for starting the day with a coffee or breakfast with family. For greater convenience, the accommodation offers a laundry room with a washing machine and utensils to facilitate daily life during your stay.

Funchal, the island's capital, is just 10 minutes away, with the Lavradores Market, the historic centre and the seafront promenade just a few steps away, while sunny destinations like Ponta do Sol and Calheta are about 40 minutes away, and Caniçal and the northwest of the island are easily accessible.
