Villa NiA is located in the charming town of Nin, the oldest Croatian royal city, just 15 km from Zadar. Rich in cultural and historical heritage, Nin is uniquely positioned on a small island surrounded by a shallow lagoon, making it a true paradise for families with children. Villa NiA is a modern two-storey villa (ground floor and first floor) designed to comfortably accommodate 4 + 2 guests. It features two bedrooms with single beds that can easily be combined into double beds. Each floor has its own bathroom with a toilet. The ground floor offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a cozy living area, seamlessly connected through large glass doors to the private, fenced outdoor space.
