Here you will find several common areas perfect for relaxing and finding inspiration — from reading and socialising spaces to sunbathing areas and contemplation corners in the garden. Fruit trees, plants and flowers make up this idyllic setting, creating the ideal environment for those who wish to reconnect with nature in its purest state.



During your stay, you can enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool, heated throughout the year, perfect for leisure and relaxation moments, as well as a fully equipped laundry room, designed for your convenience.



Although the pool is heated throughout the year, as it is outdoors, uncovered, and due to the altitude of the property, the water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, especially in the winter months, when lower temperatures, rain and wind may affect the water heating.



Parking at the property is subject to availability. However, as it is a rural and quiet area, it is generally easy to find parking in the vicinity.



Among the various accommodations at Casas Maravilha, Casa Árvore stands out as a small retreat integrated into nature, where every detail has been designed for your comfort and well-being.



With a maximum capacity of three adults, this welcoming cabin has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.



Outside, you will find a dining area with a barbecue and a leisure area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing to the sound of nature.



Arco da Calheta is known for its mild climate, stunning landscapes and the warmth of its people. Despite being located in the higher areas of the municipality, in just a few minutes' drive you can reach the centre of Calheta village, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, the Casa das Mudas Museum and the traditional Aguardente Distillery. Nearby, Calheta marina invites you to experience unique activities, such as whale and dolphin watching tours and various water sports.
