Absolutely brilliant place, ideal location, would definitely stop again….

Absolutely brilliant place, ideal location, would definitely stop again….A few stains on carpets but not a problem.Could do with a built in shower where the bath is instead of hand held but again no problem…..The gate magnet lock stopped working so had to leave via underground garage but again was okHighly recommend

The Retreat has been nothing but a pleasure to stay at, and the views of The Abbey from the sofa and the bathroom are…to die for.Such a secure place to park your car and then you get into to the accommodation - amazing!!!It has every thing you could wish in such a wonderful location: trains, Co-Op…We will definitely book again (I’ve stayed in many Whitby locations) as this is up there with the very best.L.J.D. P.S. I left my book, any chance of getting it back???
