We really enjoyed our stay! Plan to bring a few washcloths, bar of soap and paper towel if those things matter to you. WiFi also doesn’t reach onto the small terrace for the youngsters to know:)

Lovely clean modern apartment. Easy access to train station and central Valencia. Would stay again.Note- lots of noise from apartment above partying until early hours you can hear everything.Note- shower is not well attached and easily falls or sprays upwards. Note- parking we used train station 200m away 22 Euros per day. If you need good location and clean then worth booking.

Over all this was a great stay! There was a bit of confusion with how to “enter” the building and Apartment. More precise instructions that “this confirmation code opens both doors” would have been appreciated after a very long travel day. There is generally no one on site…so you have to fend for yourself…which was fine for us. Also…compared with other nearby areas, the neighborhood is a bit “shabby”…not dangerous, but not upscale. Over all the apartment suited our needs, was clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and felt secure, with great AC!

Perfect apartment, comfortable & clean, blackout blinds good for sleeping and keeping the apartment cool, A/C worked well just had to keep the bedroom doors open for good flow.
