The main reason for a less than perfect review was the poor WiFi, which matters if one needs to check in at home or work while traveling. Other than that, the location was excellent, the place was clean and spacious as described. The elevator (lift) was a bonus. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The host was welcoming and helpful and the location cannot be beat. My daughter and I felt safe walking around and even though it was in the heart of everything, it was quiet at night.

This apartment is in the perfect location. Step out of the door and you are in the heart of heritage Florence. The apartment was very clean, towels and sheets very clean. We very much liked our stay there. One small things and it is a small one, there were no wine glasses. How can you you be in Tuscany and not have some of the worlds best wine, lol Like I said small thing, there are lots of small stores around selling inexpensive wine glasses. We would reccomend this apartment.

Perfect location, nice, clean apartment. I wish it had another bedroom and bathroom as we are a family of 4. But the had the sofa bed for kids premade and ready to go. Other than that everything was neat perfect.

The apartment was clean and welcoming. Everything needed for a nice stay was there. Very close to the Duomo , the Academy with the statue of David, etc. I would stay again. The washing machine was unfortunately on the fritz but was scheduled to be repaired. Stay here! You won’t regret it.
