Wonderful House A Block From Main Street
This is the whole main floor of a three bedroom house with a huge living room with fireplace, a huge kitchen and a huge dining room. There is a front porch with an incredible view of the mountains and a back stoop with table and chairs. The house is a block from Breckenridge Main Street and just down the street from a grocery store. It is walking distance from the Breck gondola (peak 7 or 8) or QuickSilver lift (peak 9). You can also walk to bike rental shops and the bike path to Dillon or Copper Mountain, and many, many restaurants and shops. The house is charming, very comfortable, and in a perfect location.

We absolutely love this house! It is so relaxing and wonderful in the summer with so many local activities in Breck. Our daughter lives in Breck and we come visit at least three times a year to ski, bike and hike and visit with her.. If we have to leave early or can't travel, we occasionally rent out our French Ridge house.
Why they chose this property
We love the comfort of this house, as well as its location so close to town. We barely use our car when we visit. You really don't even need your car if you want to just take the shuttle up from the Denver airport and walk or take a free bus from the nearby shuttle stop.
What makes this property unique
