This fantastic 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit sits slope side of the 4 O'Clock ski run and walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift, making it luxuriously easy to access the full ski resort. This unit has been upgraded with granite countertops and other improvements, inside and out.


Wake up in the morning to a breakfast table sitting right next to big, open windows overlooking the ski run. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen. Downstairs the third bedroom has 2 queens. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Downstairs there is a sauna to help relax after a long day on the slopes!


Please note this unit comes with one unassigned uncovered parking spot.


Sunset guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Great ski-in condo

We had a great time skiing in Breckinridge and enjoyed the Hot tub every night. For skiing we walked up to the snowflake lift, and at the end of the day we skied right to our back door via the 4 o clock run!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a ton of potential but was just ok. The pros: location is great, management company responds promptly, good space, well stocked.The cons: Very dated. Too much furniture which is unnecessary. Needs some maintenance...Living room. Furniture is old and has tears. There are two full size kitchen tables when one would be sufficient and would make it less crowded. If the pull out couch is being used, you can't even walk by it. One table needs to be removed. I also hit my head multiple times on the chandelier/light in the kitchen.The upstairs bathroom toilet would not flush after one night. Maintenance was pretty quick and fixed same day when we reported it. Two days later there was something else wrong with that bathroom. Many of the bathroom tiles were broken(not a new problem) and if you walk in there, we realized that if you step on a tile, water would come up from the grout which was very crumbly. It seemed like a water leak from the wax seal or something. They did fix it within a reasonable amount of time.Bedrooms: Beds were very uncomfortable and creaky. The pillows were awful.Basement area: Needs an new TV. Who uses VCRs? They couldn't watch Netflix or anything.Kitchen: Well stocked. Only negative is that the coffee pot needs to be moved because you can't open it to fill with water without basically sitting it in the sink.This townhouse is in a great location. Ski in was easy to figure out. An easy walk to downtown. Would I stay here again? Maybe...but it wouldn't be my first choice. There are just some things that would be easy and cheap to make this a much better rental unit.Only complaint about management is that you have to physically go to the management office downtown to get a packet. This information could have easily been a message/email. It is quite an inconvenience when you can't find parking and don't really know where you are going. Th

Ski Trip 2020

The location was perfect for our family and our friends. It was my husband and I and 5 teenagers. We walked about 100 yards up hill to Snowflake lift then when we had our full day of the slopes we skied right to our backdoor. Walking distance to the downtown area of Breck. The property manager, Jonni, was always there to answer any questions that we had. The pool and hot tub that could be used ( with a reservagtion) by all was a little dirty, and looked like it hadn't really been taken care of. Maybe because everything going on with covid. But overall we give the place a 4.5 in STARS.

Location was great. It had lots of room. There was a lot of furniture for seating on the main level, almost too much furniture. The third bedroom was in the basement level. It had a vcr and tons of movies that our teenagers enjoyed. The windows were missing the cranks to open them. When we called, we were told the cranks were somewhere in the condo. We never found them. The decor was fairly dated and tired looking, like holes in the couch cushions. We didn't fall in love with this place, but we did have a perfectly good time there and enjoyed the proximity to town. You have to check in at the property management office and return your keys there when you check out. It would have been much more convenient to have them give us the code and leave the paperwork for us in the condo to avoid the extra stop. The pool isn't terribly close and our young teens didn't feel comfortable being there by themselves.

The main floor with the kitchen and living could get a little crowded when we were all there but it was still very enjoyable. The "ski in" part of this was a little hard for us because we had younger kids skiing that were not comfortable on blues and that is the only way to get there from Peak 9. We used the free busses and still really enjoyed this location. We walked to dinner/shopping

Ski-off access, and you can ski down to the shuttle stop, or walk down to a shuttle stop (one building away) if you don't want to walk uphill to the lift while carrying skis. Easy walk to downtown. Overall a very good location and nice place to stay.

The property was comfortable but the furnishings and some items in the unit was old and some broken. We would've liked a few more extra towels too for convenience. For safety I would recommend removing some of the old tippy furniture, broken fans and dehumidifiers from the unit. Nonetheless the stay was comfortable and the location superb. What a fun way to get back home after a long day of skiing. The kids had a good time just using the sleds in the back. Thank you for your hospitality.

In the two bedrooms upstairs when the heat was on during the night and then it cooled down, the pipes were extremely loud when the heat went on again. This happened twice each night which absolutely woke up two of the three bedrooms. Also, no working fireplace which we were told was going to be fixed but wasn't.

Many issues with property

We started out stay with an ER visit, after a toddler found a prescription pill on the floor, put it in his mouth and tried to chew it up. Parents ushed him to the ER for help, we found another pill on the floor in the same bedroom along with an upholstery task and other items which should have been vacuumed with cleaning. Main level and downstairs heating and power went off constantly, they finally sent an electrician when the kitchen power was off also. Determined that breakers were overheating, knocking off power. Power was off and on thru our entire stay, was out even when we checked out.

Excellent location and spacious

9 of us stayed here for 5 days and nights between Christmas and the new year. The location is perfect. Ski in from lowest four o’clock trail and short walk to snowflake lift and town. The kitchen is well stocked and recently upgraded along with the bathrooms. Plenty of mud room space for all your gear. The management company is very helpful and quick to respond (we requested humidifiers and they brought them right over. The only downside of this townhouse is the dated decor. But we didn’t mind. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 overall instead of a 5. Great for large groups.

Perfect stay for a ski trip with a group of 10 guys.

This property was a perfect ski in property that had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. One thing was that there was not enough shampoo for everyone, so bringing your own is best. The sauna was great after skiing.

Take a pass on Wood Winds Sunset #10 in Breck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, and the size is great for larger groups. However, the property desperately needs some TLC. Here's a few of the issues we noted: Lack of lighting; low watt, mismatched light bulbs in fixtures and missing or burned out bulbs. The carpeting is terribly dirty. No dishwasher soap or laundry soap was provided. The toilet valves leak, so the toilets kick on frequently to refill (noisy and wasteful). The spices provided in the kitchen appear to be from the 70's. The coffeemaker was full of grounds in the water-fill section and would not work. We had to dump it all out and flush it out a couple times to clean it. There's a broken blue chair sitting at the bottom of the stairs wasting space. The furniture is outdated, and it's bulky leaving less room for guests and gear. The place needs maintenance and updates. See for yourself is you want.

Clean, well equipped and great location!

Fantastic property for our spring break ski trip. Short uphill walk to the lift and can ski right to back door at end of the day. I’d definitely stay here again.
