This gorgeous beachfront apartment has had many recent improvements. The apartment offers some of the best views of the non-driving beach north and south from its wraparound balcony on the third floor and is part of the beautiful Ebb Tide condo complex.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, enough beds for 8 and dining room seating for 8 along with comfy living room seating for 6. There are flat screen smart TVs in all rooms and an extensive DVD library for renters to enjoy, along with a generous selection of family games and puzzles. There is wireless internet throughout the condo. Ceiling fans in each room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, quartzite countertop, vessel sinks, new vanity unit, new walk in shower, dresser, nightstands and floor runners. There is also a desk/workstation.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a twin and a trundle, large mirrored closet. It also has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower, new vanity with quartzite countertop.

Bedroom 3 has queen bed, day bed and a trundle, large closet and dresser. The bathroom is next door and has a tub and shower.

The wrap around patio is accessible from the living room, dining area and master bed, offering fabulous views over the ocean and along the beach in each direction. There is plenty of seating on the patio for relaxing, napping or just enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze.

There are new linens and towels throughout and plenty of beach towels. There is a washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board in the condo.

In the well equipped kitchen there is a stove and microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, filter coffee machine, refrigerator and plenty of other appliances as well as a dishwasher. The countertops are granite.

There is guaranteed parking in an on-site garage where there are beach chairs and lots of beach toys. An additional parking space is available on a first come first serve basis.

The condo is part of the luxurious Ebb Tide complex, which is a gated community offering many amenities such as pickleball court, heated pool, deck, hob tub, fitness room, sauna and BBQ grills on the deck. Direct access to the beach via private beach gate and steps. The complex is now enjoying the benefits of extensive multi million dollar renovation of all external and communal areas. The grounds are always kept looking beautiful - this is the most desirable location on the beach!

Please note that prices vary seasonally and for holiday weeks. Check with owner for exact pricing of the time you want. For weekly renters, in the summer months we rent Saturday - Saturday. During the winter months we rent for a minimum of month at a time.
