The property is about 700 metres from the sea, easily reachable on foot. Essential services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, and ATM are just a few metres from the house, as well as in the town of Sant'Anna Arresi and neighbouring villages. Public transport connections are easily accessible on foot.



You have free parking available on a quiet side street. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or organising parties is not permitted. Loud noises are not allowed in the afternoon and at night. Wi-Fi is not available. Four bicycles are provided. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, with further information available on site, and uses energy-saving lighting.
