Perfect location for our trip visiting Civil War battlefields and other sites. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Having dedicated parking was very helpful as it would have been challenging to find street parking.

Prime location in quiet neighborhood. Had all the basics and in a pleasant surprise it had 1 1/2 baths vs the 1 in the listing. Beds were comfy and had all the basics you would need (except paaper towels). Everything was clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!!

Frederick July 4th

We wanted to get out and do some bike rides and play a few rounds of golf, but near to downtown Frederick- the house was oerfect with the two bedrooms and the parking space is key. Wonderful trip, and the house played a big part.

Kitchen was equipped ok but no paper towels, only one dish cloth, no dishwasher, and guests were expected to wash and dry dishes and put them away before checking out. Not very sanitary as I used the dish towel to dry my hands.

Dear Guest, thanks for sharing your feedback about certain aspects of your stay did not meet your personal preferences. Our property is proudly managed as an eco-conscious retreat, and our house rules and listing descriptions are designed to reflect this. We deliberately do not provide single-use paper towels to minimize waste, instead providing you with multiple hand cloths. Regarding the kitchen, our Vrbo listing states there is no dishwasher available. We encourage our Guests to review amenities and house rules prior to booking to ensure the house's features align with their needs. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels!

Great location

Cool house thats been renovated. It was a great location, especially during the In the Street festival. Kind of disappointed that there was no office nook as pictured and described. Had an issue with parking but was resolved by host.

Good choice

This is a very nice 2-story, 2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of downtown Frederick. The apartment had everything we needed. The back gate was stuck while we were there, but that didn't change our enjoyment of this rental.
