This very impressive accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor, with a large open-plan living/dining area opening into the contemporary fully fitted kitchen, complimented by a downstairs cloakroom. Additionally, the property benefits from off road parking for two vehicles to the front, with gated side access leading to the enclosed rear garden.
Situated in Shanklin, a seaside resort on the south east coast of the Isle of Wight, this is a perfect location for beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants and transport links to explore the rest of the Island. Shanklin old village is a short drive away where you will find pretty thatched cottages, gift shops and tea rooms. Shanklin Esplanade has all the traditional British seaside attractions you would expect and more; a large amusement arcade with crazy golf, bowling, go-karting and even an indoor golf for rainy days. Outside there are pirate and dinosaur themed crazy golf courses that even sports a waterfall of ’blood’. There are seaside cafés and traditional beach shops selling everything from newspapers and books to inflatable boats and wetsuits.
Hop on a bus to venture further afield where dinosaur remains and fossils can be seen in areas like Compton Bay and Yaverland Beach. The island is also where Queen Victoria’s home can be seen, Osbourne House. The iconic landmark attraction ’The Needles’ is also worth a visit. Your holiday to this beautiful island begins when you board the ferry. Beach 1¼ miles Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
