Wonderful apartment located in the heart of Seville on Murillo street, parallel with San Eloy street. Close to the main shops in the city, and the most emblematic monuments of Seville.

From the entrance we directly access the fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils and a dining table, where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast. Later we find the living room, which has a sofa, a side table, television and a bright window.

The bedroom has two single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m. and built-in wardrobe.

Around the apartment we find the main shopping streets in the center of Seville, a large number of restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy the best gastronomy of the city, and a few minutes from the main tourist attractions such as Torre del Oro, Giralda, Seville Cathedral or Reales Alcázares.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. **For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
