Summary:

Newly renovated 3 bedroom close to everything - one block from Breakwater Beach Waterpark, Go Karts and mini golf, one block south of all the rides at Casino Pier, and half a block to the boardwalk and beach.

The Space:

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you are coming/staying with your parents or parents staying with your children, do not book without contacting me first as pricing and rules vary based on group! If you are not a family coming to stay, including at a minimum parents and children, you are at risk of having your reservation cancelled and paying any penalties associated with that. Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom close to everything. From the entry hallway you can access two bedrooms, both with twin bunk beds. From there you enter into the living room, with full size couch, loveseat, and a television equipped with cable. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed as well as a newly renovated bathroom, with full size tub/shower, toilet, and sink. Also off of the living room is a brand new fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove/oven. The unit has brand new wood floors throughout, with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen which are both newly tiled. There are window air conditioning units for your comfort.

Outside, there is a gas barbeque grill as well as outdoor table and chairs, for enjoying a nice meal in the fresh air. The house has offstreet parking for your car, so leave your car in the driveway and your worries behind.

This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with young children. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back from an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with family and friends is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.

Pricing can vary based on the group renting so please contact us for more information. If you are a larger group/extended family, we own another multi-family house right next door so please inquire!

Great location

Location was excellent, only about a block from the boardwalk. Host was very responsive when I reached out about an issue with the air conditioning. Property was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures and very barebones (not even a closet or rack to hang anything on), but clean and comfortable. Price was good for the location.

Great stay

This property was everything we needed and could have asked for. The location was great and we were able to bring our pups. The host was very responsible and helpful with all my questions. Would stay here again. My only recommendation is maybe some hooks to hang keys and such, but that is just a personal thought! Very lovely stay.

Summer vacation

The location is perfect to the boardwalk and beach! It’s so nice to have a parking spot considering it’s hard to find one around the area in the summer! The house was clean and very tidy upon arrival and we appreciated that! Thank you!

Perfect location!

I brought my daughter & her friends for a long weekend & we loved it! The location of this house is just perfect and Barbi (the owner) was quick to answer any emails that I had sent with questions. I only wish that they might enclose the outside shower & maybe hang a small clothes line to hang the wet towels after the beach. We would absolutely rent here again!!

There were no linens and towels provided. Also no toiletries, dish soap or hand soap. This was not posted in the listing and added considerable inconvenience and expense to our stay. Property was not sparkling clean, just so-so. Outdated furniture, beds looked like someone made them. Sitting area outside was dirty, rusty and super small. We would not recommend this place

Fantastic property in an unmatched location!

Barbi is a superb host and we had a wonderful time at this home! The property could not be in a better location - one block off the boardwalk by the ferris wheel. Barbi is incredibly responsive and hospitable. Home as described - the perfect place to come with a few friends/family and enjoy a seaside boardwalk/beach vacation!

The beach shack!

My family had a great time at this cute little beach house just 1 block from the board walk. It was very easy to get to and from the beach and pretty much anywhere else we needed to go for supplies. From the time our vehicles pulled in the driveway, they didn't move again for 3 days. The furniture and decor is a little clunky and too big for the space in the master bedroom and living room, but that's the only negative take away, and certainly nothing that's going to ruin your trip. I would definitely recommend using this property for a few days at the shore!
